Bill graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from Hampden-Sydney College in Hampden-Sydney, Virginia in 1979. In 1995 he graduated with a J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in Salt Lake City, Utah. Bill has over fifteen years of experience with Estate Planning, Asset Transfer, Buy/Sell Agreements, Charitable Organization Formation, and Real Property Transactional Law. His primary duties at the firm include counseling clients on probate and estate tax issues. |

Joshua J. Nielsen, Esq.
Joshua graduated magna cum laude from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2008 and earning an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2009. Mr. Nielsen is an associate in the Formation department at the firm. His practice focuses primarily on Asset Protection through Business and Tax Law, including forming entities, changing entity domiciles, transferring entity ownership, and establishing inter-company agreements. Mr. Nielsen enjoys spending time with his family, playing racquetball, hiking, and golfing. |
